Toke & Chen is an interior design studio started in 2018, working from a shophouse on Sago Street in Chinatown. We take a home from the first layout sketch to the last touch-up.
We work closely with the people who'll live there, because the best spaces come from a real collaboration. Comfortable, memorable, form and function together.

Are you HDB-registered?
Yes. Toke & Chen is an HDB-registered interior design firm, so we can take on HDB renovations (new and resale).
What's your minimum budget?
S$50,000 for a full renovation. Most of our homes come in between S$65,000 and S$150,000.
How does your pricing work?
Cost prices and our design markup are listed separately in your quotation, so you see exactly where every dollar goes.
Do you do condo and landed homes?
Yes. We design HDB flats, condos and landed houses, plus shops, studios and offices.
Do you do repairs or small jobs?
Yes: ceiling spalling, rewiring, aircon, carpentry and touch-ups. Send us a WhatsApp with a photo and we'll tell you what's possible.
